What documents need to be provided when requesting the unaccompanied children service?

To apply for the unaccompanied children service, you will need to provide your passport as well as the travel documents for your child. You will also need to provide the name(s) and contact detail of the person(s )who are bringing your child to the airport and picking your child up from the destination airport so we can contact them.  

What is the age limit for the unaccompanied children service?

The unaccompanied children service is for children who are above the age of 5 and under the age of 12 that will be traveling without an adult .

What is the nature of cargo carriage?

Azman Air Services airlift cargoes within the stipulated regulatory policy. Kindly read conditions of carriage for more details.

Can I do a name change on an existing booking?

Name changes are not allowed. 

What if my baggage is damaged/delayed or lost?

If your baggage exceeds the free baggage allowance, excess baggage charges will apply.

What is required when I check-in?

Ticketed passengers must show photo-identification at check-in. Children must have a parent present at check-in. Tickets must be in each passenger’s name.

Free Check-in Baggage: Business Class 30kg Economy Class 20 kg  

Why do I have to pay a no show fee?

When you miss a flight without informing us in advance , Azman Air Services loses revenue on the seat(s) that could have been sold to another passenger. 

Which types of identification documents shall be presented during check-in?

For domestic flights, passengers must present a photo identification card or their international passport.  

Do I have to pay full fare for an infant?

No, the passenger who is within 0-23 months (under two years of age), so referred to as an infant will purchase an Azman Air Services ticket with 10% of normal ticket price which comprises business class and economy class of travel.

Do I get a booking confirmation on booking my flight?

Following the completion of an online booking , you will receive a booking confirmation with your booking number by email. 

Can I check in online for my flight?

Yes. Customers traveling on Azman Air Services may utilize online flight check-in facility. Online flight check-in is available up to 24 hours in advance of, but no less than 2 hours prior to your flight`s scheduled departure time.  

Is my ticket transferable?

Tickets are not transferable.

How can I request a ticket refund?

Ticket refunds are only applicable in the advent of flight cancellation , thus such requests will be handled in line with terms and conditions of the ticket that was purchased. Refunds can be claimed in any of the Azman Air Services ticketing desk.

How far in advance can I make a booking?

As contained in the public website, you can book flights regardless of the time interval. 

How do I change my airline ticket?

If you would like to change the flight route, the date of the flight or the class of service, please visit our public website: www.airazman.com or contact Azman Air Services ticketing desk as soon as possible. Changes will be made depending on the type of ticket that was purchased and the seat availability. According to the fare rules of the ticket, you may be charged an additional service fee for any ticket changes.
